Health and lifestyle trainers

Here at The May Logan Centre we offer a free and confidential service for anyone aged 18+ who would like to improve their health and wellbeing.

We have 2 health and lifestyle trainers on site ready to offer you free help and advice on the following subjects:

  • Information on Health and Wellbeing
  • Practical on-going support
  • Signposting to local services
  • Access to training
  • Smoking Support Group
  • Alcohol Awareness
  • Physical Activity
  • Weight Management
  • Self Confidence
  • Healthy Eating

How does it work?

On your first session you will be asked about the kind of help you would like and the changes you want to make.

Then we will work together to set goals and develop a personal health plan to suit your needs.

You will then get ongoing encouragement to make the changes you want to make to improve your health and wellbeing.
