Food and health projects
Our Food & Health Workers provide training in all aspects of healthy eating. Our goal is to get people into their kitchens, cooking, eating and enjoying tasty food. We work very closely with schools and Children’s Centres across Sefton as well as delivering training at our centre, community venues, and public places within Sefton.
Healthy Lifestyles for People With Long Term Conditions
We work with organisations who help people with diabetes, prostate cancer or those who have experienced stroke. We deliver sessions to educate in healthy eating and demonstrate and provide tasters of healthy, easy to prepare meals. If you are part of or work with a group within Sefton then please get in contact for more details.
